As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the relationship managers and for undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strong support to the RM, Supervisor and Manger.
- Maintain a proper filing for the team.
- Provide adequate information to assist clients or refer to the appropriate RM.
- Undertake project work as required.

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to deal tactfully with irate, impatient or demanding clients
- Zealous about financial products and markets
- Good mathematical and computer skills
- Honest and trustworthy personality
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to analyse and research information
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Economics or in any similar field acceptable to the Bank.
- Relevant working experience in a sales environment and know how to achieve sales targets.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Banking products and services.
