Site Supervisors

We are looking for Site Supervisors for Finishing works, Placo works, External Rendering

As site supervisor, it is your job to both assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace. Responsibilities may also include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion.

Duties :

• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
• Knowledge of mosaic, terrazzo, linoleum, vinyl, PVC and laminate wood floor finishes
• Supervise works of POP punning, POP plastering, decorative floor finishes and other special finishing on finished masonry surfaces
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• The ability to manage several ongoing sites.
• Management of foreign workers.
• Planning weekly programs of work and the ordering of associated materials.
• Managing to converse in Hindi language is an advantage.
• Daily inspections of Quality.
• Measurements of works completed.
• Material usage and house keeping.
• Reporting of any issues and delays.
• Placing orders for material for smooth running of sites.

Requirements :

• Min. 2-3 years experience.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor
• Self Motivated individual who can work with programs and manage deadlines and pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft excel and word.
