Job Tittle: Sea import Coordinator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8 hr 30 to 16:30 hr and
Saturday 8:30 to 12:00
Duties:
- Processung of Import Files
- Make Booking revervation
- Follow up of operations with suppliers and clients
- Updating the consignment followup table
- Prepare notice of arrival
- Follow up of delivery hotes with shopping lines
Additional Information: Knowledge f customes procedures , shipping and freight
