Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers, provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services.

 

Main Responsibilties
  • Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services.
  • Inform customers about special offers
  • Carry out and close the sale.
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Demonstrate the functioning and operations of products.
  • Maintain correct merchandising and display in the showroom.
  • Assist in stock control.
  • Follow up on delivery of products as per delivery schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Candidate may be requested to carry out the sale of any other products that are being sold in the showroom (eg. IT Products, Home Appliances, tools..)

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC
  • Experience in a similar position is a definite advantage
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Good product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills (English and French) and capable of building trusting relationships
  • IT literate & good knowledge of MS Office
  • Team-player
  • Able to work odd hours or on shifts and under pressure
