Be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market presence for the organization.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve constant improvements in business activities to generate successful revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant networking events, build relationships with key partners and maximize awareness of competitor market activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to identify new business opportunities, improve product positioning, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Strong Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strategic and Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • High adaptability and resilience.
