We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and distribute internal communication documents and forms to all hotel departments;
- Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, and e-mails;
- Maintain department’s assets, templates and processes, as well as create new ones as needed;
- Manage projects related to sales initiatives such as holiday gifts, sales blitzes, and hotel partnerships;
- Handle incoming department phone calls and email inquiries;
- Complete all weekly/monthly reports on a timely basis;
- Provide Sales & Marketing team support as necessary including appointment scheduling and travel arrangements;
- Reply to comments, inquiries, questions, and interactions on social media and third party websites;
- Conduct market research;
- Complete other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year experience in a similar position;
- Previous hotel experience preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field;
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills;
- A pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Extreme attention to detail in all areas, organizational skills, and thinks strategically;
- Works well under pressure, multitasking, and team player;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Professional working proficiency in English and French required (a third language would be an advantage)
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe would be an advantage.
