Sales Consultant
Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Consultant to ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Commercial B2B department.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
- Actively participate in strategic and marketing team meetings.
- Accompany technicians and engineers to perform a site visit at client’s place as and when required.
- Ensure follow up of projects on site that are being implemented.
- Execute the agreed plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Prepare and issue quotations with follow up for approval and receipt of Purchase Orders from customers.
- Participate in the implementation of Corrective/ Preventive Action based on Root Cause Analysis.
- Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, prospecting, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
