Sell Teamonite service remotely to customers through emails, calls and other online channels.
- Sell Teamonite service remotely to customers through emails, calls and other online channels.
- Establish contact and develop professional relationship with New and Existing Corporate customers by doing cold calls, cold emailing and replying to incoming requests (mails, calls and social media)
- Understand customer's need
- Identify Sales Opporunities
- Follow Up on leads and ensure conversion to order in order to meet Sales Target
- Identify Opportunities to improve product offers and service by understanding cusomer needs, staying updated on industry trends, marketing trends and competitors
Academic/ Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bsc Marketing or Management or any other relevant qualification
Experience:
- Atleast 1 year in similar position
Specific Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal communication skills both in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skill- (Active listening skill, show empathy, relationship building skill)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
