ENL Property, known as "Lifestyle Makers," is a leading player in the development and planning of territories, distinguished by its commitment to creating dynamic and integrated living spaces that enhance daily life.

As part of an exciting expansion, we are undertaking the construction of a new state-of-the-art sports center this year, set to become a cornerstone for the sporting life of the Moka region. Additionally, the Moka Rangers multisport club and its 1,000 members continue to make strides on the national stage. To support these ambitious projects and our growing activities in the Sports and Lifestyle sectors, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Establish our centers and activities as regional leaders, particularly around the new sports center and the Moka Rangers multisport club.

• Lead Generation: Design innovative campaigns to attract and convert quality prospects.

• Marketing Tool Creation: Develop engaging communication materials and branded articles aligned with our identity.

• Brand Ambassador: Ensure consistency of all marketing initiatives with corporate guidelines.

• Events: Organize events to increase visibility and engagement with our target audience.

• Customer Satisfaction: Continuously evaluate and improve the satisfaction of our members and visitors.

• Competitive Analysis: Study the market to adjust and innovate our offerings.

• Social Media Management: Drive our online presence to maximize impact.

• Budget Responsibility: Manage budgets to ensure optimal return on investment.

• Partnerships: Collaborate with providers to develop our digital presence and communication tools.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with experience in sports or lifestyle.

• Strong interest in sports and an active lifestyle.

• Proficiency in current marketing tools and strategies (Canva, Trello, ChatGPT, Meta Business, etc.)

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Availability to work outside normal hours during special events.

• Excellent at communicating both spoken and written in French and English.
