- Conduct regular inspections of the apartment building to identify maintenance issues, such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, and structural issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and general repairs, to ensure the building remains in optimal condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, such as HVAC systems and elevators, and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes and take appropriate measures to address any safety hazards.
