Grays is looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join it's IT support team.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and computer systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
- Share and update procedures and reports about technical support to the entire organization
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
- Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
- Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business
- Provide after hours on-call support (rotating shift)
- Monitor and assigned trouble tickets within IT Helpdesk
Education/Experience
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, /11, Mac, Microsoft Office 365, Basic Networking etc
- Knowledge of enterprise productivity software packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driving license with car
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
