Human Resources Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Rose Hill. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, HR policies, human resources, employee relations and job description development.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Rose Hill. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, HR policies, human resources, employee relations and job description development.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR policies and management
• Knowledge of human resources best practices and regulations
• Strong employee relations and interpersonal skills
• Experience in job description development and recruitment processes
• Minium of 3 years experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
