The Incumbent is responsible to provide complete administrative support to the patients and the In Patient Department
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols, schedules, and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hospital.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize cleaning tasks and address specific needs or concerns.
- Manage laundry operations to ensure the timely and efficient cleaning of linens, uniforms, and other hospital textiles.
- Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control guidelines, and hospital policies and procedures.Investigate and address any incidents or concerns related to cleanliness, safety, or infection control.
- Preparation of annual budgets for CAPEX and OPEX expenditure and Responsible for monthly MIS reporting and conducting in-depth analysis on CQIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve Housekeeping Operations.
- Lead the digitalization efforts of the housekeeping process, overseeing the integration of new software solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve communication within the team.
