Our client specialises in the transportation of goods is looking for a Head of Airfreight and Operations.

Mission:

Lead the air freight team in Plaisance, where all the company's air import/export operations are handled.

Manage, organize and coordinate the technical department (Air Import, Air Export, Customs, delivery, etc.), the administrative department and a financial part.

Profile:

• Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Management
• At least 10 years' experience in the air freight industry
• IATA-FIATA & DGR certifications would be advantageous
• Great people management skills (motivator, networking, decision-making)
• Excellent knowledge of  budgeting, rostering, and planning
• Capacity to negotiate with airlines
