Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an HR Officer who will report to the Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be engaged in the recruitment process.
  • Organise interview and conduct selection procedures.
  • Prepare employees' compensation each month.
  • Manage attendance system for employees.
  • Provide information and guidance on employment law and company policies.
  • Assist in the execution of policies, and procedures.
  • Assist the Director in admin duties as and when required.
  • Work closely with the Management.
Profile:

  • Diploma/ bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in HR preferably in the distribution sector.
  • Very good communication skill both English and French.
  • Acumen for problem solving skill.
  • Friendly attitude and good team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to organise roster for staff.
  • Knowledge in Sicorax payroll and SKBL would be an advantage.
  • Sense of initiative.
  • Discreet.
