Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an HR Officer who will report to the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Be engaged in the recruitment process.
- Organise interview and conduct selection procedures.
- Prepare employees' compensation each month.
- Manage attendance system for employees.
- Provide information and guidance on employment law and company policies.
- Assist in the execution of policies, and procedures.
- Assist the Director in admin duties as and when required.
- Work closely with the Management.
Profile:
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in HR preferably in the distribution sector.
- Very good communication skill both English and French.
- Acumen for problem solving skill.
- Friendly attitude and good team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organise roster for staff.
- Knowledge in Sicorax payroll and SKBL would be an advantage.
- Sense of initiative.
- Discreet.
