The HR Administrative Officer will report to the Human Resources Manager and is mainly responsible to update HR systems, including the time and attendance system.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and updating HR systems with different information such as new hires, resignations, leave records etc.
- Create and maintain employees’ files
- Order and manage stock of cleaning / canteen /stationery items
- Perform other administrative tasks
- Any other cognate duties requested by direct superior
What are we looking for?
- Holds at least a Higher School certificate
- A diploma in Human Resources or a Management field or any equivalent qualification will be considered as an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field or in data entry or similar
- Experience with HR systems, such as the Oracle system, will be a definite advantage.
- Multi task and able to work within strict deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- I.T. Proficient
- Knowledge on labour legislation
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously
