Develop and implement Safety and hygiene protocols.

 

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections for compliance.
  • Train and educate team members.
  • Monitor hygiene supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with departments for implementation.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay updated on safety and hygiene trends.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition of Food Technology
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate Level 4
  • Train the Trainer Certification from TSI, High field to conduct PIC Advanced training In House.
