About Huapii:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints through the ticketing system.
  • Diagnosing technical problems and providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Escalating complex issues to developers or other specialists when needed.
  • Documenting support interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing ongoing product training and answering questions about features and functionalities.
  • Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the product or support experience to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Entry-level position, ideally with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You'll juggle your tasks while collaborating with colleagues.
  • Time management skills: You'll likely be working with multiple tickets and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic: Customer support can be fast-paced, so a willingness to put in the effort is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll need to be able to clearly explain complex topics to customers in a way they can understand.
  • Active listening skills: You need to truly understand the customer's issue before you can solve it.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll be figuring out solutions for a variety of customer roadblocks.
  • Customer service focus: A positive and helpful demeanor is key! You want to make sure customers feel heard and supported.
  • Emotional intelligence: Being able to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate situations is important.
  • Fluent in English. French or Dutch is a plus
