Espace Maison Limited (EML) is looking to recruit for immediate employment a Customer Service Supervisor, who will provide general assistance to customers at its unit situated at Trianon.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that client receives their deliveries as per the requirement 
  • Ensure after sales service is delivered at a high standard
  • Ensure that tills are properly managed through the cashiers.
  • Maintain efficient and collaborative contact with other departments to ensure promptness of service

 Candidate profile: 

  • Minimum Qualifications: School Certificate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Outgoing personality, with outstanding customer orientation
  • Ready to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays and Public Holidays
