🌟 Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support Superstar: 
  • Dive into customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with flair and finesse.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about our aftersales care (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes!).
  • Juggle multiple cases with ease till resolution, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
2. Issue Resolution Maestro: 
  • Master the art of investigating and swiftly resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate like a champ with internal teams to tackle any bumps in the road.
  • Keep our records shipshape, documenting interactions and solutions like a pro.
3. Customer Satisfaction Guru: 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to elevate the experience.
  • Spot opportunities to fine-tune our processes and procedures for better customer experience.
 
🎯 Pre-Requisites: 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • A knack for crafting formal emails and chats (bonus points if you're familiar with Zendesk!).
  • Attention to detail that's second to none.
  • Bring your A-game with an energetic, proactive work ethic.
  • Sharpen those listening skills and communicate like a pro.
  • Organized, reliable, and bursting with professional integrity.
  • Driven by results and fueled by customer happiness.
 
💼 Technical and Business Skills: 
  • Diploma or equivalent experience to kick things off.
  • Excellent Typing skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers? Even better!
  • Bonus points for marketing and administrative prowess.
  • CRM system savvy? Consider it a plus!

🕒 Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM.
