We are looking for English Speaking Sales Agents for our BPO (call centre)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate and timely information.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work together with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously improve your customer service skills and knowledge through training and development.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets set by the company

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to converse with others.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, data protection and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Capable in Microsoft Office and proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems
• Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade and close deals
