We are recruiting a customer service agent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customers interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help and advice using the company’s products or services and achieve positive resolutions.
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
- Dispatching of courier.
- To do receipts for payment collected at the reception.
- Contact existing customers to request complement of information.
- Monitor, update and relay information received from FedEx systems.
- Ensure that all files are updated with accurate and concise information.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards.
- To handle outgoing calls.
Experience & Qualifications
- Higher School Certificate.
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Pleasant and extrovert personality.
- Good energetic phone voice and excellent telephone manners.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new software.
- Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in team.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
CDD for 6 months.
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 08h30 - 17h00
Saturday: 08h30-12h30 on a rotation basis
