Community Manager

 

Key/Primary Responsibilities

Digital Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with teams to develop a digital content plan aligned with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the content plan.

 

Content Creation:

  • Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visuals for campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Craft engaging captions for social media and other digital channels.

 

Newsletter Creation:

  • Develop and write engaging content for newsletters, including campaign highlights.
  • Coordinate with teams to gather relevant information and updates for newsletters.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Nurture strong relationships with suppliers and ensure close follow-up on outsourced tasks.

 

Reporting:

  • Track and report key metrics and performance of content and engagement across digital platforms.

Qualification /Experience required

 

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in communication/Marketing/Digital Marketing or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative suite
  • Mailchimp/Zoho or any relevant email marketing tool
  • Website content management skills on WordPress or any other CMS
  • Hootsuite
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • Project Management Software
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google AdWords
  • SEO Keyword Research
  • Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of WooCommerce is recommended.
