Key Responsibilities:

Working very closely with the implementation teams of France and Luxembourg, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Maintain capacity management tools and reports allowing the project managers and implementation director to analyse and optimise resource utilisation and anticipate future capacity needs based on the sales pipeline.
  • Timesheet management: global supervision of timesheet completion ensuring timely submission and approval.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to create project plans and resource forecasts in the planning tool.
  • Regularly update the project plans and forecasts in the planning tool based on team availability and project updates.
  • Collaborate with SD Worx corporate departments to improve corporate processes & internal tools where needed.
  • Provide operational reporting where needed to support the business and the Management Team.
  • Perform data analysis on staffing related data to enhance data-driven management decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and improve processes to achieve this.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement in order to increase operational efficiency within the team.


Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity in our organisation and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Consultancy skills to contribute to process improvement and projects.
  • Project Management skills to contribute to projects.
  • Good understanding of project financials and KPIs.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and cross function collaboration.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must.
