Our Client is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator.
Mission:
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for streamlining processes and providing vital assistance to our Major Projects team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Support:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining key processes.
- Ensure accurate setup of products within our systems.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance tools and systems.
- Track and report on product utilization and compliance.
- Provide training on new products and processes
- 2. Project Support:
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for Major Projects.
- Prepare reports and analyze project data.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions for project committees.
- Manage project documentation and databases.
- Facilitate pricing coordination and database management.
Candidate profile:
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Tertiary educational qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in analytical roles.
- Operational or commercial background preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
