Assistant Storekeeper

TNS Consumer (An Aptis Group company) is currently hiring an Assistant Storekeeper to join its team!

Some of the international brands distributed by TNS Consumer include but are not limited to: Clover, Danone, Kabisa, Activex, Duru, Blade, Emotion, Privacy, Arko and Love Condoms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide assistance for the smooth running of Warehouse operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reception of Goods in Warehouse

• Provide assistance during the reception of goods in the warehouse by operating the Hand Operated Manual Lifter, ensuring all cases are sorted by expiry dates.
• Take photos of some crushed cases are taken to be used as supporting information for complaints / refund procedures
• Highlight any major issues / discrepancies immediately to the Storekeeper (e.g., damaged goods, discrepancies in stock count etc.)

Delivery of Goods to Company Vans / Lorry

• Provide assistance during the delivery of goods to Company Vans by operating the Hand Operated Manual Lifter, including:
• Ensure that delivery is done as per Invoice and Goods Receipt Note.  Particular attention should be given to Bin Locations and Expiry Dates
• Ensure that crushed cases are not delivered to Company Vans
• Locking of Vans with respective pad lock before departure

Health & Safety / Initiatives

• Provide assistance to the Storekeeper in taking Stock count in the Warehouse
• Ensure warehouse and nearby area is always clean

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualification: Minimum Form 3 | Holding a SC would constitute an advantage
• Experience: At least one year experience in a similar position (warehousing/ control)
• Others: Holder of a valid manual driving license
