Supports the maintenance department by providing administrative and clerical assistance.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To assist the maintenance department in its daily tasks.
  • To manage technical files and records.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory frameworks and administrative processes.
  • To prepare monthly reports and compile figures for Earth Check reports.
  • To schedule appointments, meetings, and training.

Profile:

  • Good personality with sound communication skills.
  • Secondary Academic Qualifications (HSC)
  • Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • Previous professional experience in the relevant field
  • Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
