Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit a dynamic Accounts Clerk who will assist EML Finance department on general administrative and clerical operations.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain proper accounting records of the company
- Effect monthly statutory return to MRA
- Maintain efficient and timely controls and reconciliation on the assets and liabilities of the company
- Assist Accountant in preparation of timely monthly management account/budget and final accounts.
Candidate profile
- HSC holder with ACCA level 1 or equivalent
- 1-3 year experience in related field
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications
- Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Reliable, proactive and dynamic
- Good organization skills and ability to handle several tasks at once
