Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance function of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Key Duties:
- Lead a team of Accounting staff and act as liaison person with other departments
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements for the Group, Company and its subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS
- Prepare budgets & forecasts and perform monitoring
- Manage treasury and cash flow
- Is responsible for all Accounting and Finance functions
- Liaise with internal & external auditors and implement audit recommendations
- Review monthly and annual statutory returns
- Implement internal controls and procedures.
- Prepare reports for Committees and Board

- Fully conversant with MS Office
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite and Power BI would be an advantage
Key Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and local legislations
