Manage intrusion detection, access control and alarm systems.
Monitor CCTV on client sites
Process signals according to departmental procedures.
Provide clear and concise information to the monitoring software.
Place calls necessary to confirm an alarm.
Trigger patrol intervention as needed and inform the Client.
Contact the necessary authorities.
Update the software and Collect feedback.
Identify technical intervention needs and follow up with the Customer
Receive and manage incoming client calls/request during non-office hours.
