Our Client, based in Mapou is seeking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Assistant for its office.
Responsibilities:
. Prepare deposits, process payments, create basic financial reports, assist in the budget planning.
. Prepare and submit tax forms and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
. Assist also in administrative duties or clerical duties such as answering the phone, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, receive and sort mail, and any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department.
Profile:
. HSC/ with 3-5 years’ of experience in a similar position
. Knowledge of Basic accounting functions.
. Reliable and organised
. Good communication skills both verbal and written
