To plan and implement the smooth operation of the bakery on a daily basis and be responsible for the preparation and production of all baked food according to the Hotel’s standard recipes.
- Actively participates in and oversees the provision of excellent service to guests.
- Converses with guests, whenever possible and appropriate, to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and/or referral to the Executive Sous-Chef.
