Responsibilities
- For the current project - assist buyers with proper information and guidance in their purchase;
- Ongoing work – assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities and propose solutions that suit them
- Display and market real property/land to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts/leases/deeds etc)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties/land
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, land viewing etc
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements - Knowledge/Skills
- Proven work experience as a real estate agent and/or real estate sales person
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant and Trustworthy
