Qualifications & experience:
- Min 3 years' experience
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organisation and time mgt skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Main duties:
To assist in the recruitment process and follow-up on development plans for the Spa department.
To assist the Head of Wellness & Spa in the setting up and maintenance of a quality/sustainable development culture in the group and coordinate the quality functions in several hotels simultaneously
To implement, maintain and update the processes and the SOPs in hotels and ensure adherence to these standards at all times.
