Assist and support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties within Island Living.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Line Managers in planning their manpower requirements.
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process as per manpower planning requirements and ensure adherence to internal processes.
- Maintain employment records for payroll and administrative purposes.
- Provide support to Line Managers in managing employee relations by ensuring adherence to grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in the identification of employee training & development needs.
- Coordinate the employee welfare activities.
Qualifications, Profiles & Experiences:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Past experience in the Human Resources department of an organization, in any comparable position, is an advantage.
- Team player and proactive.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to operate with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- Living in the Black River/Savanne/Plaines Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.
