Assist HR Manager/ Officers in the daily operations of the department and provide assistance in the different HR processes such as recruitment, communication, learning and Development, industrial relations amongst others
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HR department in the daily operations.
Participate in HR processes such as recruitment, communication, Learning & Development, industrial relations amongst others
Participate in the preparation of monthly reports
Prepare correspondences related to HR matters
Maintain employee records and regularly update all employee-related database
Assist HR in exit interviews
Assist HR department in the organization of various HR-related events and ACS activities

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
-HSC Holder
-At least 2 years of experience in HR-related field
