Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Project Coordinator
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to:
Main responsibilities:
- Take Instructions from either Managing Director or Project Manager
- Assist and support the Project Manager in her daily duties
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.
- Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures & procurement
- Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline
- Work with management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline
- Resolving any financial queries that are raised, including timely communication if extra budget is needed.
- Overseeing and communicating to project manager, any issues that may arise
- Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion,
- track and report project progress
- Constant monitoring of the operation team so as to deliver project according to schedule
- Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Report and escalate information to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Liaise with landlords in order to acquire land for rent and close deals
- Helping the Contract Manager with the development of operating procedures
Qualifications:
- HSC
- At lease 2 years of Experience
