Responsibilities:
. Receipt, refund, compensation and related party accounting
. Preparation of invoices and other documents
. Managing receivable accounts and other accounting ledgers as required
. Maintaining accounting customers/collaborators files and records
. Preparation working schedules and accounts reconciliations
Profile
. At least, level one ACCA or equivalent
. One or two years' experience
. Ability to work within a team, under pressure and to meet deadline
. Attentive to detail and accuracy
. Critical mind and ability to adapt to changes
. Advanced mathematical, logical deduction skills, dynamic and self motivated
. Fluent in English and French, excellent communication and problem solving skills
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook - because Excel is one of the main accounting tools for the company, candidates who master Excel will be privileged
. Previous experience on Sage Pastel will be an advantage
