Team Lead - Service Charge Accounting

The ideal candidate will be required to carry out review of service charge of accounts, deal with clients and review job delivered by clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are needed.
Responsibilities
- Review of service charge accounts
- Reviewing the work of junior team members
- Clearing manager/director review points
- Performing day to day project management for a specific client (eg monitoring KPI’s and team workload, prioritising tasks, understanding the status of all open reviews)
- Acting as the main contact point for their client, dealing with issues, responding to client requests and building strong working relationships
- Raising issues with managers when required, and providing solutions
- Managing and coaching junior team members
- Leading delivery team meetings and internal training sessions
- Leading client conference calls
Experience
- At least 3 years working experience in Accounting/Audit
Qualifications
- Partly or Fully ACCA/ACA qualified
Skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and review skills.
- Highly proficient in MS office; Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work odd hours when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
