The St. Regis Mauritius Resort is looking for a professional & dynamic Butler Service Desk Manager.
- HSC or equivalent
- Diploma in Tourism related field
- Past experience as Guest Relations or Swtichboard Manager in a Luxury Resort or Call Centre Manager
- Excellent communication skills - both English & French
- Ready to work odd hours / Sundays / Public Holidays / others
- Pleasant & outgoing personality
- Manages team of Butler Service Desk Agents (Switchboard Operators)
- Handle phone calls (local & international) as per hotel standards
- Respond to guests' queries on pre-arrival & do follow up on any guests' requests during their stay at the hotel
- Able to respect tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of hotel operations
- IT literate - Microsoft Office, Opera, StarGuest & others
