Main Duties:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director in the elaboration of the marketing strategy
- Manage & implement the marketing plan
- Develop strategic relationships with key partners, clients & suppliers
- Manage the marketing expenditure including advertising, merchandising, promotions, etc.
- Create & develop promotional materials to support commercial events & sales calls
- Manage communication/ advertising campaigns including monitoring of social media pages & targeted advertising channels, e.g. newspapers & specialised magazines
- Organise roadshows & participations in forums
- Conduct market research analysis; evaluation of trends, sales opportunities, brand-awareness & competition
- Provide input in the pricing & development of new products, based on market intelligence
- Monitor and organise showroom activities; manage on-site literature, product samples & coach indoor sales staff to optimise revenue
Qualifications/Experience:
- HSC / BAC with a degree in sales & marketing or any other equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a similar position

- Ambitious, energetic & well-presented
- Confident with a high level of personal resilience & grit
- Commercial experience gained in the building material sector is an advantage
- Possess a clean driving license
