The Senior HR officer coordinates and provides general day-to-day HR support services across the organisation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as focal point for the HR Department
- Policies & Procedures formulation and implementation
- Drives and leads HR Operations including routine work, HR Projects, Recruitment (Local & International)
- Participate in the attainment of HR objectives
- Maintain awareness about Employment laws
- Plans, organises and sets priorities for HR Projects
- Advise Management and staff on HR related issues
- Handles grievance and disciplinary issues
- Drives Expatriate Management projects
EXPERIENCE
5 years in a similar position
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Good communications skills
- Computer literate
- Well organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Sound Knowledge of Employment Rights Act
- Knowledgeable about HR procedures such as HRDC, payroll, attendance
