Our Client is seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst for its operation

Responsibilities:

. Analyse financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support

. Improve financial results/status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending action to management

. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting

Profile:

. ACCA fully qualified

. Minimum 3 years in similar post.

. Experience in property development will be a definite advantage

. Advanced skill in excel

. Good presentation, reporting and communication skills

. Good analytical skills

. Proactive

. Shall be prepared to work odd hours when needed
