HSC Holder.
Diploma in HR.
High Level of professionalism.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French (oral and written).
Pro-active and motivated.
Minimum of 3 yrs experience in HR Field.
- Assist the HR Manager in the day to day running of the HR Department.
- Be involved in the recruitment process, from screening of candidates to conducting interviews.
- Be involved in the processing of payroll.
- Be responsible for the filling of all HR Documents; maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Prepare HR reports as and when requires.
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by management.
