Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the investment and financial sector, is looking for Business Development Officers.

 

Our client, in the investment and financial sector, is looking for Business Development Officers.

The successful candidate will be responsible to generate new sales leads and drive revenue growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect markets, which may include and is not limited to, broker/dealers, banks institutional portals, investment advisers, corporates, and endowment & foundations to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from prospect identification through the final presentation, coordinating resources to maximize the opportunity for success.
  • Build solid relationships with prospects and ability to network with team members from other lines of business and geographies for cross over opportunities.
  • Contribute significantly to revenue generation. 
  • Coordinate competitive analysis prior to finals presentations.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the firm's product line, industry trends, current compliance guidelines competition and new business process to provide high value assistance to the management team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Sales/Marketing/Business Management from a recognized institution.
  • Have 3-5 years direct sales or client relationship management experience.
  • Have a solid understanding of the sales process and of Investment markets.

Candidate profile:

  • Be a team player, energetic and self-motivated,
  • Ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Have polished and effective presentation skills.
  • Have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
