The Ideal candidate will assist the Head of Human Resource in the management of the day to day HR operation of Tropic Knits Ltd and will be based at the Head Office.

Tropic Knits Ltd, member of CIEL Textile, is leading regional textile factory. We are currently looking for talented candidates for the post of Assistant HR Manager at Tropic Knits Ltd.  The incumbent will have the following deliverables:

Recruitment and Selection:

• Ensure that the Recruitment and Selection procedure is respected at all times.

• Devise recruitment strategy  for the company

• Ensure that all documentations regarding Recruitment and Selection are properly recorded.

  Performance Management:

• Ensure that the performance Management procedure is respected in the company.

• Ensure that comprehensive action devised following appraisal

• Ensure systematic update of all Job Objectives for all staff on a yearly basis.

  Learning and Development:

• Ensure that all training calendar is devised as per budget.

• Contribute to the implementation of E- learning in the company.

• Contribute to the elaboration of Training materials

Internal Communication:

• Lead the internal newsletter committee

HR Projects:

• Drive HR projects from conception to implementation.

Desired profile:

• Degree in HRM

• Master’s degree in HRM desirable but not a pre- requisite.

• Ideally 1 year experience as HR Officer (Fresher may also apply)

Skills:

• Good Communication skills in English and French.

• Excellent Interpersonal relationship

• Flexible
