Our client, operating in the leisure industry, is looking for a Food & Beverages Manager.
Responsibilities
Plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the needs of the operation.
Develop restaurant concept product and service standards in view to maximize revenue.
Participate actively and provide inputs in respect of Food and Beverage marketing activities and / or initiatives.
Improve menu offering to exceed customers' expectations continuously.
Conduct trends analysis of Food and Beverage prices in a timely manner.
Manage and control food and Beverage costs as per approved budget.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage service areas are maintained.
Assist the Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Perform any other job related duties.
Profile
Hold at least a diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant qualifications.
Have a minimum 5 years of experience in similar job role.
Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Excellent knowledge of product trends and current awareness of industry standards.
Be able to work in fast-paced and self directed business environment.
Have a strong customer service focus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
