As the Digital Technology Lead, you will use your advanced knowledge to maintain and develop digital platforms for FRCI’s clients.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead on all aspects of Digital Technology for new and existing digital products that enable delivery of web-based platforms and digital marketing
- Manage FRCI’s web servers, database servers, email servers and Content Management System (CMS)
- Create and lead the Digital Technology Road Map
- Champion the planning of future developments
- Develop and lead best practice
- Oversee technical projects and digital campaign builds
- Plan, conduct and supervise assignments, generally involving large, important projects or more than one project
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical requirements for deliverables
- Lead, manage and run DevOps
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar position
- In-depth digital technical knowledge
- Strong leadership skills and experience, creating possibilities and inspiring others to deliver exceptional performance.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience of large complex web infrastructure and platforms (CMS, DAM, DMP, Social, APIs, CRM etc).
- Strong experience of working with web and server technologies; managing Windows based server infrastructure including ASP, MsSQL, Umbraco CMS
- Experience of Web development and working with CMS systems
- Experience with front-end development, HTML 5, CSS 3 & JavaScript
- Proficiency with SQL queries
- Expertise in project mode and DevOps
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (Marketing and Technology), with experience working alongside marketers, developers, users, stakeholders and consumers
- Excellent supplier relationships and management skills
- Excellent experience of process flow, funnels, wireframes, journey mapping and db diagrams
- Ability to design and manage the technical aspects of ‘Digital Playbook’ (standards, protocols, best practice)
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to multitask and determine priority projects/assignments
- Ability to think critically and independently
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
- Ability to consistently apply good judgment and make good and responsible decisions
