Our client, in the agro-chemical sector, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Officer (4 to 5 months).
Our client, in the agro-chemical sector, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Officer (4 to 5 months).
The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the preparation of monthly accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly summary analysis and statistics related to financial aspect.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Inter Company Reconciliation.
- Updating FAR and processing depreciation for the month.
- VAT / TDS preparation.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Process entries in accounting systems (Cash Book / Supplier Invoices etc.)
Qualification:
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting.
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance would be an advantage.
- Working experience in financial and accounting environment required.
Candidate Profile:
- Computer literacy including with strong excel knowledge is a must.
- Fluent both in English and French.
- Respect deadline for monthly closing.
