Job purpose:
The job incumbent will be responsible for the management and growth of the Helios brand.
Main Responsibilities:
• Master and develop the brand through brand sales analysis and growth strategies
• Provide also analysis on customer trends, key competitors etc
• Increase partnerships & secure deals for the Helios & local sales
• Manage the social media/digital strategy/planning & ensure that community management is done correctly
• Ensure product availability at optimal prices
• Follow-up of all the marketing expenses v/s budget
• Responsible for the stock management & movement of all Helios products & marketing materials
• Organize deliveries, continuous trainings & customers visits
• Optimize all the brand databases
Profile:
• Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
• Good understanding of marketing communications disciplines and role of a global brand
• Demonstrate a genuine interest for the brand: HELIOS
• Building up brainstorming ideas on how we can improve & promote the brand
• Have good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Be an excellent relationship builder and collaborator, with a proven ability to develop productive working relationships
• Be able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a busy team, sometimes with tight deadlines under pressure
• Willingness to listen, observe, and learn about the product development cycle etc
• Must demonstrate flexibility and a professional approach at all times
• Possess a can do attitude, ability to self-supervise with strong initiative
• Ideally some industry experience preferred
• Holder of a valid manual driving license
